Our brake and clutch manufacturing operations at Friction Components are supported by our extensive in-house CAD drawing service and precision engineering facility, providing a complete solution for brake engineering in a single location.

With our collection of CNC milling stations and lathes, we can manufacture substrates and high-quality components for various transmission needs. We can work with both ferrous and non-ferrous materials, as well as our own friction materials.

All of these guarantee high quality, fast response, and the capacity to supply precision machined components anywhere in the world and to scheduled or bespoke needs in small or large quantities.

Full CNC High Speed Vertical Milling Centre with a 24-station automatic tool changer, a machining envelope of 2000 x 1250 x 650 mm, a loading capacity of 5000 kg and spindle speed 10,000 rpm. A 500 mm diameter CNC controlled Nikken 4th axis.
